Steps to create a submission to Riverdale ArtWalk or ArtWalk in the Square on HuutaArt.com.
Chrome Safari, Firefox, and Explorer recommended (Older versions may not work correctly) Reference this when completing your submission.
1. Register on huutaArt.com and log in
2. When you
log in for the first time complete your Open Call Profile
– this profile information will be connect to your submission and only visible to the open call you submit to
3. To submit to an open call click on this link: http://tinyurl.com/ze7gox8 and choose the appropriate call for you

Submission page click the big RED button on
the right bar to start your submission.
NOTE: If you are submitting to a MEMBER Call you will need to type in the "Invitation Key" to access.
For Riverdale ArtWalk, there is an option of indoors or outdoors - please make your choice and click SAVE + NEXT at bottom
5. On the
next screen - follow the instructions to "Get file from your
You may Drag and Drop your images and hit “Upload” – large images will automatically be resized to a max of 2000 pixels. You may upload all 5 images together.

Click on SELECT CATEGORY (long grey bar) and choose one
Click on "Click to add details" and complete the information for each image.
Please make sure you enter a title for your work
Only “Description” is mandatory
The 1st image will be the "Cover Image" for your submission. If you would like to have a different cover image then click on small check box at left of the thumbnail and click the button " Use as cover image for submission"
7. Once the
submission is "complete" you will see the "Pay Now"
button on the right hand side. Click
Pay Now – you will be redirected to PayPal’s secure site.
You can choose to pay with a credit card or your PayPal account. Complete
the transaction and the system will return you huutaArt.com. You will
receive email from PayPal and from huutaArt.com
NOTE: Changes to your submission are not possible after you submit.
To view your completed submission go to the menu item: CALLS

If you are submitting to a second show, you may use the 1st submission images without uploading again. To do so click on the next call you want to submit to and when you get to the screen to add images choose "IMPORT FROM PREVIOUS SUBMISSION" and select the images you want to include then click on the button at bottom to import. All the information you previously added should be included.
NOTE: the Member "Invitation Key" is different for each member open call.
Your submission is saved (as a draft) for you after each step. You may start a submission today and finish it sometime in the future. To locate your DRAFT Submission you must be logged in to huutaArt.com, click on the menu item: CALLS >>> My Draft Submissions, then click on the name of the call to access that Draft submission.
NOTE: IF THE PAYPAL NAME DOES NOT MATCH THE ARTIST NAME, PLEASE CONTACT THE ARTISTS' NETWORK
