The Hangman Art Gallery in Toronto's creative Queen East area is a beacon in the middle of a thriving community of visual arts professionals. Supporting a thriving fine arts membership and non-members alike, it is also a venue where artists from all stages of their career can showcase their struggles with the gritty realities of contemporary life.
On November 17th, 2013, Hangman Art Gallery will close our doors for the last time. We have been the gallery for the Artists' Network which will be continuing operations from an office space at 761 Queen Street East (just across the street). Hangman has served the members and communities for the last nine and a half years and we are proud of our contribution to the development of the arts in Toronto and the individual artists who we supported. We would like to thank all those who have come through our doors and supported the gallery.
The Artists' Network will be continuing to deliver all the services to artists, and art lovers including the organization of the Riverdale Art Walk, Art Walk North, the educational seminars and new exciting exhibition opportunities.
Thank you for your support over the last Nine and a Half years!!
