What is your brand as an artist? Are you certain that what you say about your Art is what your client sees and understands? Who are you trying to attract as a client? How can you create a message to attract the client that will stay on your website, follow you on social media and ultimately buy from you?
We are inviting you to be part of this Interactive workshop that will help find the words and language to speak directly to your buyer. This workshop is to help you with the marketing content you need to attract your followers and make them fans of your work.
Over the two three-hour sessions, there will be a review of Positioning Statements and Tag lines. Two pieces which will help promote your e-commerce and social media. The goal is to provide you with the language and ideas which you can use in posting, descriptions on your website, and email marketing will engage your buyer.
Participants in this workshop will submit three images that will be reviewed by the class and focused upon. The images will be “read”, and the goal is to provide the Artist with the words, phrases and language to create a Positioning Statement for their work. Different than an Artist Statement, this language is basically the Elevator Pitch that can be used in marketing and when describing your art. During this time, the artist will present their ideas of what their art is saying and how they define their client.
Workshop is limited to 15 participants. It will be run on Zoom in 3 hour time increments, over a two day period of time.
