JUNE 2021 – Riverdale ArtWalk Marketing Package

We will be marketing the ArtWalk Online show and reposting where we can, but to ensure you get promoted through our available channels consider registering for our paid Marketing Package.

Promotional Dates: June 9 – July 2, 2021

Available to all participants of the Riverdale ArtWalk ONLINE

Submission Deadline: 11:00 PM, Monday May 31, 2021 unless previously SOLD OUT. If you are unable to complete payment, it means we are sold out.

Selected artists will be notified through email regarding next steps.

INCLUDED

1. Email Marketing

  • Inclusion in at least two email newsletter/marketing communication showcasing the ArtWalk that goes out to our email list of approximately 3,500
  • One image included
  • Image will be linked to artist’s website

2. Facebook/Instagram Ad

  • Carousel ad combining multiple artists promoting the ArtWalk
  • Artist (where possible) will be tagged to encourage sharing

3. Instagram/Facebook Live interview

  • 10 minute (approx.) interview live hosted by the Artists Network
  • Interviews will take place June 14 – 17
  • Artist location can be in the artists studio
  • Interviews will be saved and shared for reposting
  • Where possible we will post on the ArtWalk event page to attract further engagement

  • 5Mb maximum,1080X1080px (square for Instagram), 72 DPI.
  • Please ensure images are cropped to edge of artwork, no frame
